Regulations for Protection and Promotion of Patents in Beijing, 2013 revised version, is issued today, and will come into force on March 1 this year. Newly revised regulations comprise 51 Articles in 5 Chapters of Summary, Patent Protection, Patent Promotion, Legal Responsibility, Annex, with 13 new Articles being added. The newly revised regulations aim at building a new system for protecting and promoting patents on the whole society.
