      Dr. Liu initiated the foundation of PatentSino IP Firm in 2012. He is fully responsible for the management of the firm. Dr. Liu is the president of PatentSino IP Firm and Chairman of the Partners' Meeting.

      Dr. Liu has rich experience in patent agency and management, as well as experience in enterprise research and development management. He is familiar with Chinese patent law, as well as patent laws and practices in countries/regions including Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, etc. He have visited countries/regions including Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, etc., multiple times and established close cooperative relationships with patent lawyers from these countries/regions. He has created a unique management model for patent management related to foreign countries which helps domestic enterprises to manage thousands of foreign patent applications, with a granting rate of up to 93%.
