      Mr. Yuan has a Master’s degree in telecommunication engineering from Kyushu University (Japan). He studied in Japan for many years and worked in the research and development of optical communication devices at Omron Corporation (Asazu, Japan) after graduation. He once served as a patent attorney at a large-scale intellectual property agency, and later joined PatentSino IP Firm as a partner.

      Mr. Yuan has rich experience in patent agency and management. He is familiar with Chinese patent law, as well as patent laws and practices in countries including Japan and South Korea. He have visited Japan and South Korea multiple times and established close cooperative relationships with patent lawyers from these countries. He mainly provides patent related services for enterprises, including  intellectual property consulting, assisting enterprises in establishing intellectual property management systems, overseas intellectual property warning, assisting enterprises in developing intellectual property strategies, domestic and foreign patent search, patent application drafting, PCT application, patent reexamination and invalidation, filing patent application abroad, patent infringement analysis, providing training on domestic and foreign patent law and practice for relevant personnel of enterprises, consulting on strategies for addressing intellectual property disputes, etc. In particular, Mr. Yuan has rich experience in filing patent applications in Japan.
