      Mr. Xie has a master’s degree in radio frequency communication system, University of Southampton in UK. He once served as a patent attorney at a large-scale intellectual property agency, and later joined PatentSino IP Firm as a partner.

      Mr. Xie passed patent attorney qualification examination in 2009. He received training in US patent law and practice at John Marshall Law School in the United States in 2012. He passed the national judicial examination in 2013 and obtained the Lawyer Certificate. He is skilled in patent application drafting, office action handling, patent reexamination and invalidation, etc., in technical fields including communication, computer, electronics, etc.
